Delivery Time Frames – Half Hour Window
We like to give our delivery drivers a half hour time frame to deliver in to allow for any traffic problems they may come across on their way. We will always aim to be at your event by the earliest time given. When placing your order, our sales staff will be able to advise you the best time for delivery according to the time you would like to start food service.
When do I need to pay by?
Full payment is due 5 days before your event.
Yes. For us to secure your date we require a $100 deposit. This can be paid via EFT or Credit Card.
*2% Credit Card surcharge charged on all Credit Card Transactions.
At Just Fingerfoods Catering, we will work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly. We are often asked ‘Am I able to pick up my catering order?’.
Our current standard procedure is to either cater with staff or to deliver to your event address. However, if you would like to collect your order from our factory, please talk to our friendly staff and we will be happy to discuss options that will work for you.

Do you deliver or do I have to have staff?
We do offer delivery as well as the option to have staff. We will work with you to ensure you receive the best service for your event. This includes everything from a delivery to a fully staffed event.
